We collect only what is necessary to operate our services:

  • Purchase data: When you buy a product via Stripe, we receive your email address (provided by Stripe) to deliver your download link. We do not store payment card details — Stripe handles all payment processing.
  • Download tokens: A short-lived signed token is generated to allow you to download your purchase. Tokens expire automatically.
  • Usage data: Standard web server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) may be collected by our hosting provider. We do not use analytics trackers.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To fulfill your purchase and deliver digital downloads
  • To send transactional emails (download links, receipts) — no marketing emails without consent
  • To maintain the security and stability of this website

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

Stripe (Payment Processing)

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We receive only your email address from Stripe after a completed purchase. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy

TikTok (Social Media API)

We use the TikTok Content Posting API to allow authenticated users to upload and publish videos to TikTok. This integration is used for our own content management tools and is not a public consumer-facing TikTok login.

When connecting a TikTok account via our tools, we access and store:

  • TikTok open_id (account identifier)
  • Display name and avatar URL
  • OAuth access token and refresh token (used to upload videos on your behalf)

We use this data exclusively to post videos on behalf of the authenticated account owner. We do not share this data with any third party. Access tokens are stored securely and can be revoked at any time from your TikTok app settings or via our disconnect endpoint.

Meta — Facebook & Instagram (Social Media API)

We use the Meta (Facebook) Graph API to allow authenticated users to publish videos to Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts as Reels.

When connecting a Meta account via our tools, we access and store:

  • Facebook Page ID and Page name
  • Facebook Page access token (used to post videos to the Page)
  • Instagram Business Account ID and username (if linked to the Facebook Page)
  • Long-lived user access token (used to authenticate API calls)

We use this data exclusively to publish content on behalf of the authenticated account owner. We request only the minimum permissions required:pages_manage_posts,pages_read_engagement,instagram_basic, andinstagram_content_publish.

We do not access private messages, personal profiles, or data beyond what is needed to publish content. Tokens are stored securely and can be revoked at any time.

5. Data Retention

  • Purchase emails and download tokens are retained for up to 90 days to handle support requests.
  • OAuth tokens for TikTok and Meta are retained until you disconnect the platform or revoke access.
  • Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Revoke OAuth access for TikTok or Meta at any time through the respective platform's app settings
  • Object to processing or request data portability (EU residents under GDPR)

7. Cookies

This website uses minimal, strictly necessary session handling. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If you use our OAuth flows, short-lived state parameters may be stored temporarily in memory (not browser cookies) to complete the authentication handshake.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect stored data including OAuth tokens (stored in a private database, not exposed publicly). However, no system is 100% secure. If you discover a security issue, please contact us responsibly at contact@seocubo.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of this website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
